“Fantastic place”
Staying in Hanoi here was fantastic; I got a room with a huge bed and plenty of space, and the staff were kind and attentive. It was a very pleasant stay, and I’d definitely return.

The staff were some of the most welcoming, helpful, and kind people we met on our trip. Unlimited free snacks, bottled water, and great coffee were available for purchase. The location was excellent, and the bedroom was the largest and cleanest we had in Vietnam. We loved it so much we came back twice more!

The homestay is super convenient, close to the center yet far enough to be quiet. The room was clean, the air‑conditioning was quiet, and everything worked. Minh is very nice and helpful; when I’m back in Hanoi I’ll book again.

Central location, very friendly staff. I would have liked more help planning my onward travel or buying a bus ticket.

The location is good, and the staff are new and helpful. The room is clean and spacious with no complaints. There are plenty of power outlets. The fridge still had a leftover pet‑bottle from the previous guest.
