This was my second visit and the place is lovely; the location is brilliant, right across the road from the most beautiful leash‑free dog beach, and all of Suffolk Park is within walking distance.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating to any request, the location was great for the price, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
