I stayed in a corner room that was spacious and pleasant, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location and parking options were fine, but the front‑desk staff were condescending and arrogant during check‑in.

The place was clean, but an amount of 816 dirhams was withdrawn on the same day of the lockdown, and when we arrived at the hotel they withdrew a second amount for each day of the stay without deducting the initial withdrawal; to date they have not refunded the 816 dirhams.
