The location and food were great, and the hospitality was friendly. Mr Prakash and the front‑desk team were efficient and helpful. No negatives.

The sea‑side location was nice, but the staff were overly present—suddenly standing in my cottage to read the menu, pushy and intrusive on one hand, while the receptionists showed no interest. No positives.

Breakfast was great, the grounds beautiful, and the beach superb; the dining‑room staff were lovely and went out of their way to help, and the swimming pool was clean and beautiful. The dining room itself needs attention—it looked very scruffy, and there wasn’t much atmosphere, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault since many people had cancelled due to the war affecting flights through the Middle East.
