While on the Via Francigena and having stayed in Lausanne, this was the best stop; the hosts were very gracious and attentive, addressing all my special requests, thanks for a wonderful stay.

The owner and his wife were very welcoming, suggested a castle tour, and booked dinner for us; the only downside was the church bell ringing each hour, but we got used to it and it didn’t disturb our sleep.

The host was very friendly, booked us dinner at the restaurant, arranged laundry with Stewi, and even set up a hammock in the garden; we received tips from the hostess and a tasty breakfast, but the church bells rang all night.
