Nice hotel with friendly staff. There is a nice restaurant downstairs and you can cook if you want, but the balcony door of 411 lock is completely broken and the parking fees are quite high – $35 per day is wild and adds a substantial cost to a weekend stay.

1, Apart from being a bit far from the city center, the location is very quiet and convenient. The nearby Moonee Ponds Station offers a direct trip to Flinders Street Station in just over ten minutes. 2, The restaurant on the ground floor, Saros Bar & Dining, was excellent (surpassing Dock 37 Bar and Kitchen, which we tried later), and hotel guests receive a 50% discount on food. 3, Overall, it is clean, well-equipped, and relatively new and the Wi-Fi is stable. 1, I would prefer not to park at the Coles supermarket across the street first, only to check for available spaces upon arrival and then move the car into the hotel garage (which requires calling ahead at the entrance). I understand that parking is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis, but why isn't it possible to book a spot online based on the day's reservation status? AUD 35 parking fee (same rate as Coles supermarket). 2, Breakfast was not provided, but milk was available. 3, The vanity top is too small; the proportion relative to the sink basin is unreasonable
