The location was convenient for where we were headed, but there was no maid service and the bed sat in a corner where the air‑conditioning didn’t cool at night; I couldn’t find an ice machine, and every time I approached the front desk for anything they were away, as the sign said.

The hotel sits in a central spot in Scottsdale, so you can head north or south to Old Town with about the same distance; some pet owners will pick up after their pets, which is unrelated to the staff or the Extended Stay.
