The location was perfect, but the front desk staff was unfriendly and there was a mix‑up with my reservation: I booked a King bed suite and received a double, and after a lot of back and forth they finally gave me the king; the MOD handled it horribly, and the hotel was undergoing renovations, which didn’t help; the makeshift bar was ridiculous; we flew in for the Dallas Thursday night game and were extremely disappointed with our stay.

I and a few other guests got stuck inside the elevator on my very first day, which was a little traumatizing and partially ruined my experience, but everything else was fine!

Beautiful vintage 60s Hotel- currently being updated. Everything was exceptional. Great shower. Really comfy beds and pillows. Staff was super friendly, place was exceptionally clean
