The place is well situated and the staff are friendly, though the Jolly Farmer is no longer there.

There were cockroaches and a TV that didn't work.

The room was clean, the location was good, and the staff were helpful, but the side bed light had no bulb, the kettle plug was too far away so I had to put the kettle on top of the microwave to use it, and the socket for the iron was also not close enough.

The location is great if you’re doing business in South Auckland, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
