B&B HOTEL Dreux Centre

When I entered the room, a strong odor hit me, so I opened the window to ventilate, but it irritated my throat.

“Connexion et tv”

The location is discreet and the parking is convenient, but the Wi‑Fi was unreliable and the TV couldn't connect, making it impossible to watch films or use other subscriptions.

“Calme.”

The breakfast was excellent, thank you, and everything else was fine.

“Très bon séjour”

The welcome was warm and humorous, the place was very quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was generous with everything I liked. No criticisms to make.

“Décevant”

I am deeply dissatisfied because our reservation was cancelled without prior notice, causing significant inconvenience, wasted time and money, and even delaying us to our ceremony. We had to pay for a second booking at another hotel for a last‑minute solution. The staff exchanges did not resolve the issue, increasing our frustration and sense of poor service. Under these circumstances, we request a refund of the additional costs and compensation for the damages incurred, hoping for a swift and fair resolution. We look forward to your serious consideration of our complaint.
