“Great location, everything you would need for a short stay, double room with a good bed and excellent bathroom.”

The location is superb, away from the bustle of the historic centre yet just a short walk to the main streets. A rocky swimming spot is close to the hotel and there’s secure street parking about 50 m away. Guests can have breakfast on a single flight of stairs below the rooms, with milk, coffee, light rolls, jams, and plastic plates and cutlery provided.

The spot is perfect for enjoying Le Castella at a very good value. The bathroom facilities could be improved, and the common areas would benefit from a warmer atmosphere.

The location and the option to drop off luggage before or after check‑in/out deserve a higher rating, but the absence of a staff member to greet us and the AI‑based customer support left us somewhat dissatisfied. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, so I recommend it. The price is very competitive. The breakfast was practically non‑existent; you can only get a coffee or tea and a packaged snack.
