“Maravilloso hotel céntrico”

The place is beautiful—a palace with a well‑kept central courtyard, large and fully equipped rooms. We had noise issues from outside because it’s in a busy area with bars; we managed to block the room by sealing the window, but a pipe made noise in the morning and woke us up. Still, the staff were super friendly and swapped our room on the following nights, fixing the problem.

“Nice hotel on a busy side street”

This hotel is a nice spot right in Granada’s center, close to Reyes Católicos, the Cathedral, and Plaza Bib-Rambla, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t stay again on that street; it’s a pedestrian zone full of restaurants, and we didn’t like the noise and crowds in the evening. That’s not the hotel’s fault or the staff’s; I knew where it was when I booked.

“Hermosa!”

We loved the inner courtyard and the architecture that stayed true to Granada’s style; the staff even offered champagne and sweets in our room, and the receptionists were very friendly!
