“Very friendly staff & great location”

The stay was great, the location very good—quiet street yet a short walk to the city’s hustle and bustle, staff were very friendly, and I’d definitely return; the best Chicken Pho came from the cafe next door.

“Comfortable and convenient”

The room was decently sized with a very comfortable bed; located on the edge of the Old Quarter, the neighborhood was a bit quieter, though only a few minutes’ walk from Train Street.

I found a great affordable place in Hanoi where the room and facilities turned out to be fantastic. I had no complaints.

“Great location, lovely staff, free Wi-Fi was good when working”

The location was great and street noise was very low; the staff were helpful, though sometimes the language barrier made communication a bit hard. The bed was comfortable, water pressure was good and hot, and the air conditioning worked well. We did spot a few maintenance issues upon arrival that weren’t serious but should have been caught by cleaners or staff checks. The TV only works with internet, so it would be better if it were wired to an aerial so I could watch English daily news.

The hotel has a very central location and feels especially safe for a solo female traveler, which is a real plus. The staff are welcoming and attentive, always ready to help. The room is spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. Overall, my stay was flawless and I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
