I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but things didn't quite go as planned. I booked a room, but when I arrived, the staff told me they were fully booked and didn't have a room available. I asked them to explain, but they just shrugged and didn't offer any kind of solution. The location is great, but the lack of communication and organization was a major letdown.

The room was tiny, with only three beds, despite the website claiming it could fit six people. The price was still way too high, even after a 50% discount. To make matters worse, the air conditioning worked sometimes but not others, and we weren't even told when the water was out. One person was trying to do the job of multiple staff members, but they were clearly overwhelmed.
