The staff were helpful and the location was decent as a base for exploring San Francisco, but the room was rather noisy, very dark inside, and the breakfast was very simple.
The location was great and I felt safe there. The hotel itself was old, but the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast and the room were fine.
Pujy at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful; the room I booked looked different from the one I actually received, so he switched me to a larger room—thank you!
The building feels a bit dated and the bathroom is small, but the location is excellent.
