The hotel is brand‑new with fresh rooms, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and a wonderful view while we had coffee watching the pyramids; it’s close to the pyramids and nearby shops, but it’s on the fourth floor with only stairs, a detail that should have been disclosed.
“Nightmare- don't book here”
From the moment I arrived he told me to cancel the reservation and pay in cash, and he never gave me my change back. There was no Wi‑Fi, the closet mirror was falling apart, and the shower’s water pipe was broken, so there was almost no water in the shower. This place was a nightmare.
The spot was great, but they never cleaned the room daily.

We had breakfast included, but on the first day it was just French fries, falafel, and cold beans, and on the second day no one was in the hotel—crazy!
