I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, especially in the hotel restaurant. The room was clean and spacious, making it an ideal spot for a one-night stay on my way from Queen Elizabeth Park to Murchison Park. I appreciated the warm hospitality during my visit.

I had a somewhat mixed experience at this hotel. While I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room, I was left feeling frustrated by the poor communication with the receptionist. Despite my polite requests, I was repeatedly ignored, and when I insisted, the staff member pretended to be working on it for over an hour, all while claiming they had internet issues. This lack of attention to my needs was a major letdown, and it overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay.

I was blown away by the super clean and modern rooms, complete with air conditioning, two sinks in the bathroom, a mirror with touch lighting, and all the amenities I needed, including a bathrobe and safe. The dinner options were incredibly varied, and I appreciated the best water pressure and hot water. However, I was a bit disappointed by the limited breakfast options and the confusing route to the hotel, which Google Maps led me astray.

“Awesome tranquil facility. I will be back soon”

I was thoroughly impressed with this lodge, which exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the lodge's well-maintained grounds and high standards of cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my room was spacious and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the advertised spa facilities were not yet operational, and the air conditioning in my room was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep.
