Food was fantastic and the staff were great, and nothing else was wrong.

The bar and the surrounding area were very appealing, but we only learned upon arrival that the restaurant didn’t serve dinner, and there was no other open restaurant nearby except a Fish&Chips take‑away; at least we could eat the food in the bar. The breakfast, however, was good.

The service was lovely and the staff brilliant, but the rooms needed updating; they were very tired and basic.

The location was great off the main road, the food was great, the bar and beers were good, and the staff were friendly, with no major complaints.
