“Ruhige Auszeit in der schönen Soma Bay🤩”

The hotel is well run in beautiful Soma Bay, with many small touches that also suit solo travellers. Lots of divers and kitesurfers are around, and the twice‑weekly solo‑traveller meet‑ups were a lot of fun! Housekeeping is excellent, and my room was looked after by Helal, which was fantastic 🤩🤩. The beach is a bit uneven and narrow, so you have to step onto the pier to get into the water. There isn’t much evening entertainment, but that wasn’t a big deal because the solo‑traveller meet‑ups quickly brought people together.

“Super, herzlichen Dank!”

The hotel feels very cozy, simple, and family‑like. The dive base with a wide range of options right next to the hotel is brilliant. The only downside is that the food could offer more vegetarian choices.

“Perfekter Urlaub!”

The rooms were great, the food was fantastic, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only flaw was the loud air‑conditioner, which blew strongly even on the lowest setting :-(

“Nachhaltiges und entspannendes Hotel mit vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten”

You can only describe this hotel as “small but fine!”. The food is good and varied, and the staff are very attentive and helpful. The hotel is run sustainably, with water treatment, no plastic but aluminium bottles for every guest, and the use of reusable materials. It sits right on the beach with a dive centre on site.

Excellent location with the top‑quality Orca Dive Centre at the hotel. Facilities, food, staff and cleanliness are all excellent. Prices vary massively depending on season; sometimes they are out of range and I opt for an apartment instead.
