“Great Stay”

The place was clean and the customer service was great.

Room was clean, location was great. Pillows way too soft, it was like not having a pillow. Pool wasn't cleaned, covered with dead bugs. Breakfast ended at nine, we arrived about 845. Coffee was empty, no bacon left only two over cooked eggs left. No bread or bagels for toast. It was a Sunday breakfast should have gone til 10, bot also staff never told us what time breakfast ended

“If possible find a hotel in Raleigh/ Durham and drive in to creedmoor”

The place was clean, but there were no TV channels and the TV sound was messed up, and the breakfast was basic.

“Needs more work on this facility!!”

The location was fine, but the rooms were filled with mold and smelled like a flood, and the pool was being maintained during the stay hours instead of before or after opening, so I had to calm down the receptionist and explain that this is a business and professionalism matters even when people complain; overall the stay was okay.

“I was satisfied with my stay. A comfortable clean hotel that served my needs.”

The hotel is older and has few amenities, but that was noted in the description; it was very clean, the staff were personable and helpful, and I knew what to expect, though the description didn’t mention that there is no elevator.
