The spot was ideal, the room was fine, and the staff were kind at breakfast; however, there was either a lack of or an overabundance of front‑desk personnel.

“Blend dirt smell bad service shake well and you get Bela Riva”

The place is close to the gondola, but the surroundings feel dirty and the corridors look like a mix between a dump and a construction site, with a musty indoor odor, poor ventilation, outdated décor, clutter in the hallways, a wet dog smell at reception, stale bread and pastries, and many other issues.
