We’ve stayed here before and came back this year, and it’s still spot‑on for what we needed. We only spent a few hours from midnight to 7 AM, so it’s hard to judge more than that.

The garden and outdoor shower are great, the room is large, and the owner is exceptionally nice.

The owner was genuinely kind and welcoming, and the cleaning was excellent. Even though the place had a shared bathroom, the owner did a great job communicating the necessary care to guests by leaving notes everywhere in both Italian and English with the rules of conduct. The bed was particularly uncomfortable.

“Great experience”

I spent four nights here in Olmedo and it was a fantastic experience. Mauro, the host, was very friendly and communicative; we chatted a lot and he supplied me with plenty of information about the area and Alghero. Olmedo is a quiet, small town, just a 15‑minute drive from Alghero. The property sits nicely on the road to Alghero, the room was spacious and well‑equipped. The Italian breakfast was good, with sweets, coffee and fruit. It’s the best choice if you want to visit Alghero and the surrounding areas while avoiding the busy spots. I highly recommend it!
