Bellissima location sul lago, tranquillo e immerso nella natura. I ragazzi che lo gestiscono sono molto gentili e disponibili. Il bungalow è ampio, così come il bagno privato!Colazione buona e varia. Peccato aver passato lì solo una notte, perché il lago Bunyonyi ha tanto da offrire

Endroit magnifique , personnel gentil et serviable. Activités proposées à des prix raisonnables. Salle de restaurant en extérieur très agréable. Chambre mal équipée, peu d’eau chaude, cottage à rénover, extérieur devrait être mieux aménagé

“Terrible”

Unfortunately, our stay was a huge disappointment and we would not recommend this place. The problems started immediately upon arrival. I ordered a coffee, took a few sips, and then noticed there was a slug inside the coffee pot. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. Service throughout our stay was extremely slow. Dinner regularly took 2.5 to 3 hours to be served, which made every evening frustrating. The electricity kept going out with even the slightest issue. Every time it happened, it took between 30 minutes and an hour before the generator was finally switched on. The water supply in the cottages was also very poor. It took around 30 minutes before the water became warm, and even then the water pressure was only a tiny trickle. The rooms were not properly cleaned. There was dirt and hair in the shower drain, making the accommodation feel unhygienic. The lodge is presented as a lively place, but during our entire stay we were the only guests, which made the atmosphere feel deserted. The worst part of our stay, however, was the transportation. Two days before departure I had arranged a taxi for a fixed price. On the day we were leaving, we were suddenly asked to take a staff member with us. We were willing to help, but expected the fare to be reduced if someone else was sharing the taxi. Instead, we were pressured into accepting the situation. The owner even called us, and later we were told the staff member was sick, meaning we were expected to travel for hours with someone who was ill. This caused a great deal of unnecessary stress and frustration, especially on what should have been a relaxed final evening. My wife barely slept because of the situation. In the end, I had to arrange another taxi myself because we no longer felt comfortable with the situation. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had

A gorgeous lake view and a peaceful natural setting. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The boat trip they offered was very engaging. The common area was just a covered terrace, and because it had rained heavily, it was cold, so the evening meal was not very pleasant and we spent the night in our room. We didn’t realize we had to take a boat to reach the hotel, which should be noted on the booking site.
