“DO NOT RECOMMEND!!”

We arrived at 2 PM and were told the AC would be ready by 5 PM, but the fans and lights weren’t working either, so we spent over five hours in our car. At 7:14 PM we finally moved to another bungalow after staff gave us conflicting info. The receptionist Rudra claimed the bungalow had already been offered to us, yet we discovered the staff had been using it. The owner only offered a two‑hour late checkout to compensate for the lost time, which was totally insufficient. Service, communication, and management were abysmal, the road to the property is awful, and the menu is basically nonexistent. Avoid this place.

“great potential. needs to fix somethings to deliver a great experience.”

The location is very quiet, the staff is helpful (though a bit untrained), the food is good, and the rooms are spacious. Getting a vehicle back is very hard; the reception can’t arrange transport, so if you don’t have your own car you’re stuck.

“Totally it was an awesome stay… and I would personally love to go there again… love the experience”

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, thanks to its excellent restaurant and staff. However, the distance between the room and the restaurant was quite far, and I wished they had provided some electric vehicles or bicycles for guests to make the journey easier.

“Lovely property and location. Perfect for trekking or weekend breaks”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful resort that seamlessly blended Polynesian charm with modern comfort. The spacious and thoughtfully designed rooms were a highlight of my stay, providing ample space to unwind and relax. However, I was slightly disappointed with the dining options, which were limited due to the resort's New Year's Eve preparations.
