“Precisando de reforma”
Breakfast was good, but the facilities felt outdated.
The family‑friendly vibe was nice, but our room was cramped.
“Andorra is a great ski resort for everyone, hotel so so, great location, must see area!!”
The location is fantastic—almost ski‑in/out—and the staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. Getting around is easy thanks to the spot. However, it feels like you're being overcharged and small conveniences are missing: no water machines, no central hot or cold water station, no tea or coffee, and the hot breakfast items were cold. Anything that needed to be hot had to be microwaved, which is not good at all. The rooms seriously need an upgrade: they're tight, old, and lacking basics like a fridge, tea/coffee facilities, a modern TV with decent channels, and the carpets are old and dirty.

We absolutely adore this place; we stopped by last year and fell in love. The staff are wonderful and the food is fantastic, especially with half board. Breakfast and dinner options are superb, and having wine included is a real bonus.
