I’ve stayed at a lot of places, but this hotel ranks among the most disappointing, with rooms that lack good ambiance and overall poor quality.

The staff were very nice, and everything else was good.

My experience at this hotel was pathetic: I was charged an extra amount beyond what was shown on the portal, the staff were very rude, the rooms and washrooms were dirty, and the AC was switched off at night.
