We had to cut our visit short right after arrival because the room was in a terrible state. It was filthy, with a heavy cigarette odor, and the bed sheets were dirty and visibly stained—some spots even looked wet. The overall condition was so bad that we felt uneasy and unsafe, so we left before the night even began, even though we’d already paid for the booking.

After paying, I was told the pool was under maintenance, yet I spent 20 minutes at Omni and requested a refund, receiving only half because I hadn’t stayed there.
