The hotel’s location was great, but the toilet had no exhaust fan and the food was only average.

they informed me that breakfast was not included in the package. It was only after I submitted the relevant email confirmation regarding this that they agreed to provide breakfast. Thus, even to receive what was rightfully due to me, I had to repeatedly insist and ask for every single item; furthermore, I was forced into a situation where I had to cross-reference my email correspondence to validate my claims. Why do they treat customers who book in such a discriminatory manner? When I booked a room , they failed to respond to it properly. When I visited the premises in person to inquire, they initially claimed that I had not made a booking at all; however, they acknowledged that a booking had indeed been made only after I presented them with the email confirmation. I had paid the full amount for the room at the time of booking; they denied this as well, but eventually admitted that the payment had been received. Similarly, they informed me that breakfast was not included in the package. It was only after I submitted the relevant email confirmation regarding this that they agreed to provide breakfast. Thus, even to receive what was rightfully due to me, I had to repeatedly insist and ask for every single item; furthermore, I was forced into a situation where I had to cross-reference my email correspondence to validate my claims. They state that if you book a room directly with them, the check-out time is 24 hours, whereas if you book , the check-out time is 12 hours. At the time of booking, I had specifically booked—and received confirmation—for a check-in time between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM without any extra charges; yet, they insisted that I would have to pay an additional fee for that. I urge everyone: please do not book a room at this hotel—STM Palace, RS Puram, Coimbatore
