Nice location, plenty of room without a cramped seating area, staff are very friendly and helpful, and water, bananas and coffee are provided daily. The fan was a bit dusty, but that wasn’t a big issue since there was AC.

“Super beliggenhed og tæt på de lokale”

You get a lot for the price; it’s a cozy spot and close to everything. A fantastic bakery is 200 m from PK Family House, and a 10‑minute tuk‑tuk ride takes you to Charlie Beach, the best one. The family running PK Family House are very sweet and helpful. You can borrow a bike for free or rent a scooter on site.

“Bien emplacement top”

The location couldn’t be better and the whole family working there was incredibly friendly and helpful; the big, clean room and bathroom were just like everywhere else in Thailand where you end up washing the tiles while showering. They served coffee, tea and water daily, and you could rent a scooter, book excursions or boat tickets, and even shop at the little grocery they have. It’s tidy enough but not sparkling clean, and the hallway leading to the rooms is a real mess – a bit of storage and a fresh coat would improve the first impression, especially with so many new hotels offering similar rates.

The advantage is the proximity to the pier and the connection to Charlie Beach.
