The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the room was comfortable. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

Great stay again. I arrived later than expected because of traffic, and everyone was understanding and very helpful. The evening meal was excellent, especially the lovely rib eye from the specials board. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of tea, coffee, and chocolate making facilities. We will be back. Possibly more information on where to have breakfast in the village would be useful, as they don’t provide it; we did our research and knew the options, but more specific details could help.

Convenient location. Lovely pub/restaurant with amazing food. They didn’t serve breakfast.

The local pub in the village had good food, the rooms were well kept and there was plenty of parking, and the staff were very pleasant; the restaurant and bar décor were tastefully done. However, the pillows felt a bit uncomfortable, and in the rear room you could hear the chillers running at night.
