I really liked the manager, who was enthusiastic, responsible, and provided thoughtful service; I’m grateful for his hospitality.

The staff were kind. It was difficult to find the place at night, and the cafeteria had a strong fishy smell.

The host was very kind and friendly. Google Maps sent me down the wrong street, but that turned into a good excuse to chat with very helpful locals.

The host was very friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The shared bathroom and toilet were fine and we had no problems or wait times to use them. It was a bit out of the way, but that allowed us to discover Kumamoto “like a local.”
