Even though the place was a little out of the way compared to the city center, I really liked both the building and the room. The barbecue at the back of the room is a nice bonus. Even though there isn’t a full kitchen, there are dishes, a microwave, and a kettle, and with the barbecue you can cook decent meals. The staff were friendly and professional. The downside is that you have to walk almost 2 km to get to the breakfast room, which is quite inconvenient, especially when it rains and the path turns muddy.

“Really Great - will stay again!”

The room was very welcoming and the bed and linens comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was off‑site at the other property 1 km down the road and was excellent with all tastes catered for. There is a section of dirt road to reach the B&B and between the B&B and guesthouse for breakfast which was fine in the sunshine but difficult for a 2‑wheel‑drive car in the wet – it rained a lot overnight. The owner offered to transport us to the breakfast area but we used our own car.

“Netjes en rustig verblijf op korte afstand van Addo Elephant park”

The location is quiet. Unfortunately breakfast had to be taken at another location, and if you’re unlucky enough to get caught in rain like we did, you have to wade through mud.

The hostess helped us super. She arranged an early breakfast and made a breakfast to go. Very friendly. The beds were lovely.
