I was blown away by this hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff, located in a quiet area of the city center. It's great to see that even in tough times, the people of Kharkiv are still able to provide top-notch European service.

I enjoyed my stay at this cozy hotel, which had a restaurant and sauna nearby, and was especially warm during the winter months. However, I did find it to be a bit far from the metro and public transportation stops.
