The hotel is 400 metres from Tamara Castle and 1 km from Batumi Dolphin Park, with nearby shops and restaurants serving Ukrainian, Georgian, and Turkish cuisine.

The hosts Goch, Gela, and Irina are fantastic. Every necessity was in the room, the bed was clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast each morning was freshly prepared and varied. The location is simply wonderful. Goch shared interesting facts about the area and nearby attractions, and gave useful tips about the Fish Market. The only drawback in Old Batumi is the stairs, but I eventually got used to them.

Booking without a card worked, the location is good, and check‑in was late. Everything is very modest, suitable only for people with no special requests. Just stay and forget. The wall paintings are nice. Breakfast is the most modest I've had in recent travels – dumplings, tea, and eggs. We won't return. This level of service should be cheaper.

Everything was great. The hosts are very good and responsive. The location is excellent, in the old town, near the sea, with many cafés around. The lady prepares tasty, filling breakfasts. I really want to come back. Everything was fine.
