The beds were comfy and the room was well ventilated, yet the bathroom smelled strongly of roaches and the windows faced a terrace that was always busy, forcing us to keep the window almost shut; there were few outlets and a pit bull dog roamed loose in the garden.

Very basic but okay. The paint and ceiling need maintenance.

The price was really low, even during the long holiday on September 7. When I arrived the lodge was closed, two property‑sale signs were on the wall. As I was leaving, a staff member let me in and explained the lodging conditions.

Nothing good. In the bathroom the toilet was loose, the sink basin was propped on two pieces of wood, the room I got was totally different from what was shown at booking, hard to contact and find the place (no sign, no reception), no security (the entrance gate has a rope that easily opens for anyone, the garage gate has only one latch and a screwdriver to keep it closed).
