The staff were very friendly and ready to help if needed, but there was no lift, making it a bit difficult to carry luggage to level 3 and requiring a short staircase from the ground floor to level 1. The location is strategic with many nearby facilities, so it was worth the money spent. I would not recommend staying here if you have an elderly father or mother. The staircase from the ground floor to level 1 is narrow and hard to bring luggage up, and parking is tough if you check in late because most spots are reserved for nearby shops.

The rooms were spacious and tidy, but the toilet was a little dirty.

The location was good, but the room was dirty; the bed sheet might have been cleaned, yet the mattress was old, and my son developed allergies.

I got a ground‑floor room because of my leg pain and the lack of an elevator. I couldn’t sleep due to Tamil music playing from 3:30 am to 4:00 am, possibly from the Shanti shop. After 4:00 am I wasn’t sure if the music was still on because I had already fallen asleep.
