“Uma ótima estrutura e um custo benefício ruim”

The resort boasts large, comfortable pools, a spacious room with a cozy king bed, and roomy restaurants, but the distilled drinks are entry‑level brands like Vodka Orloff, Pinga 51, and unnamed local liqueurs, the draft beer in all tap rooms was warm, and the food is decent yet lacks fish and seafood; the price doesn’t match the drink quality or food variety.

The room is roomy and comfortable, staff are friendly, prepared, and proactive, yet the sheets feel light and cool, and the minibar only offered regular Coca‑Cola without the sugar‑free option.

“Hotel Maravilhoso, mas pode melhorar!”

The hotel is very new with a beautiful structure. The staff are attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean. The food, especially the main dishes, is of great quality. There are huge pools and programming for the whole family. The heated pool is only inside the SPA; a small one for all guests would be nice. Wi‑Fi didn’t work well in the room I stayed in. Most desserts aren’t good; more snack options near the main pools would help avoid having to go to the restaurants.

“Excelente all inclusive!”

Very comfortable! The room is a great size, the shower is powerful, and the room and bathroom get cleaned daily. Only missing a sideboard in the room and a dresser in the bathroom. We had internet issues in the room that were only fixed on the penultimate day.
