The accommodation is magnificent, with a room that has all the comforts. There’s an option to have breakfast on a terrace. Private parking is available. This place is very close to Conversano, where the manager had us reserve a table at a good restaurant—we even went back. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The owner provides and offers a sun lounger and umbrella on a private beach. The place is very clean and the price is fair. The title photo is misleading—it’s a city view, not visible from the accommodation. There is no view from the room; from the terrace you see a gas station. Breakfast is very sad—never fresh bread, only vacuum‑sealed industrial croissants and biscuits, no fruit.

I booked a four‑night stay for my parents and they were welcomed immediately by owners Pasquale and Francesca, who even guided them on how to get around and recommended the best spots for dinner. The room was cozy, brand new, and impeccably clean, equipped with TV, air conditioning, a phone, and a minibar fridge. The private on‑site parking was very convenient. The large terrace offered a place to relax or enjoy a generous buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a few days in Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Locorotondo, Fasano, Bari, Alberobello, or the Castellana Caves. Nothing was missing—everything was PERFECT. If they return to the area, this will definitely be their first choice.

We stayed there for five days and found it very comfortable; the owners were very welcoming, the property was beautiful, clean, and brand new. I especially liked the excellent terrace.
