Walking to the nearest metro station takes between 30 and 40 minutes

The staff were arrogant, unhelpful, and unprofessional; they didn’t even look at you when speaking to customers and interrupted personal conversations. I was told I couldn’t register for mentorship there, while I could at other hotels. The phone was broken, which was very inconvenient, and they seemed unconcerned when we mentioned it. Overall, the place was very old, dusty, and the air‑con seemed unclean, so we coughed a lot.

The hotel was excellent and I got rooms in a brand‑new building, but it was far from our groceries and it rained a lot 🙄

What a fantastic Hotel and so close to the Airport . Shirley was amazing and made my stay very comfortable and easy. Nothing . What a nice hotel
