“Hospedagem tranquila e confortável!”

I liked how spacious the room was and the bed was large with a very comfortable mattress. The problem wasn’t with the accommodation itself but with the booking system; I had to switch hotels because I couldn’t get any information about the bed size. We were two adults and two children and only needed one extra single bed or a mattress, yet they insisted we stay in two rooms. We only learned they could add an extra bed to the room when we were already checking out.

The exit ramp from the second floor of the parking garage was problematic.

The place was well situated in a quiet neighborhood. The bed, sheets and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was varied, with fresh fruit and quick restocking. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The towel could have been a bit wider; the bath towel was narrower.
