The hotel supplies free beach towels, mosquito protection and spray, hot and cold drinking water, and bathroom and room accessories. Still, the room had no windows, was too small, and suffered from dampness and a musty odor even with the 24‑hour dehumidifier; it felt like a cellar and my suitcase clothes got wet. It’s a shame because the room was well equipped and convenient.

The building is beautiful, rooms have excellent air‑conditioning, a water heater, and a comfy bed. It’s close to everything in Santurce; I highly recommend it.

The location is perfect—everything within walking distance, a quick scooter or Uber to the beach, and plenty of great restaurants nearby. I’ll stay here again when I visit PR. The hotel was great and check‑in was effortless, but I wish I could have stayed longer.
