“Nice Staff especially the Lady at Breakfast time good conversation.”

The staff were very accommodating, especially the Evening Lady who moved me three times and apologized each time. However, the rooms were filthy: beds were made, but the pillows looked used; dirty towels were left in the tub; feces were found in the toilet; trash was left in the bins; the bathtub and sinks were dirty. The front desk apologized and cleaned the third room she assigned me, and she seemed embarrassed but still very nice. I was uneasy sleeping under the blankets that didn't smell fresh, and used soap was left on the sink. Samantha was the name on the tip envelope—if those were your rooms to clean, 222, 223, 241, how would you feel as a guest?

“Nice stay while on the road”

The hotel was easy to reach and the bed was comfortable for a night on the road. The ladies at the desk were super nice when I arrived late, but the lack of an elevator made the stairs awkward to navigate with a suitcase.
