“NÉDOPORUCUJI !!”

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lacking variety, with no selection of dishes or pastries, the room had no ventilation, and one day the ham was sour; after half an hour of breakfast, we were told there were no sweet items left (pastry, Christmas bread) even though breakfast had just started. Wellness was priced at 270 Kč per hour for guests, which felt excessive. There was no small fridge in the room, and the stairs to the floors were unsuitable for people with mobility issues.

The roadside hotel is a decent place to stay, eat, and keep going; it has a spa, but it wasn't clearly stated that the spa is an additional charge when purchasing a hotel day

The staff, kitchen, parking and surroundings were all good, but the road noise was noticeable.

The place was clean, the common areas were nicely decorated, and the food was good, but there was no air‑conditioning in the room when it was 29 °C, the staff didn’t speak English, you had to pay extra for the pool, and the road was too close.

Breakfast met all our needs and tasted great, yet the room was sweltering because of the hot weather, and when we opened the window the loud traffic outside surprised us, which of course isn’t the hotel’s fault.
