The staff were genuine, friendly, and relaxed. The pool and its surroundings were fantastic. We had to leave early, though.

The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very worn out, as was the whole hotel. Damp patches appeared on the walls and the fridge leaked large puddles of water onto the floor; it was replaced after two days. The view consisted of three other walls forming a tiny square, and with three floors above us we couldn't see the sky. The A/C unit was so loud that we had to open the window at night to sleep. Staff wouldn’t give out A/C controllers because they claimed guests abused them. The pool area was okay except for the very loud music. The restaurant food was just adequate. DB Hotels should invest more in this property.

They called it an apartment and we paid for it, but it was just an old rusty fridge that heated instead of cooling like a microwave. The bathroom was tiny and lacked a vent, imagine that. The worst part was the towels: on the morning before we left we only found two for three people. When we asked, a third towel was given, but it looked used and had a dark stain inside—literally poop. I went to reception, the staff noticed the mess, apologized, and swapped towels after a quarter‑hour. The fault lies with the hotel management and especially the cleaning lady. I will never stay here again. Also, how can you put a roll of toilet paper in a napkin holder? Shameful.

“We checked out after 1 night after a 3 night booking”

The view of the bay was great, but you could see the backs of other people’s apartments. The decor was lacking, the TV didn’t work properly, a few electrical sockets didn’t work, and the pool was smaller than in the pictures.

“Ottimo albergo in ottima posizione”

The hotel was renovated, the rooms were spacious with attached kitchens, and the pool was beautiful. The entire hotel operates cashless. The breakfast was a bit thin, not because of quality but because of variety.
