Even though the complaint was accepted and a partial refund was offered, the transfer has not been made for over a month. We were asked for the bank account number twice, yet the payment still hasn't arrived.

Pictures are misleading; the property is in terrible condition, and the worst part is the smell.

Immediately available! We were on the road, very tired, and needed a room for a few hours. Check‑in was a bit tricky, but the phone help was very friendly, so everything was fine. It was extremely hot; a fan would have helped, but it was not enough.

Parking was a hassle, the curtains were flimsy, and the lighting was spotty – missing a lamp on the nightstand. Overall, it left a bit to be desired.
