“Katastrof!”

I got food poisoning at dinner and received a dish I didn’t order. I’m pretty sure the pork I was served wasn’t fully cooked.

We had stayed there before in a room in the main hotel building, which was better, pricier, and located in what seemed to be an annex. The room in the annex on the second floor accessed by a metal staircase was disappointing because the website didn't mention this. We were traveling with a dog, which was clearly indicated in our booking, yet we still received a second‑floor room that required the metal staircase. Our dog injured one paw when a claw got caught in the staircase. The hotel should have realized the staircase was unsuitable for dogs and not assigned such a room to a guest with a large dog (a Golden Retriever size). They also refused to offer us an alternative room.

“Praktisch für Durchgangreisende”

The location on the A1 was great. The staircase access was problematic because of my mobility impairment.
