“Mooie slaapplek maar mindere ervaring met personeel.”
The location is incredibly beautiful, the cabins are cozy, the bed is nice, the shower is good, the place is well maintained, the view is lovely, the pool is great, and the food is tasty. The garden is kept in excellent condition. Overall, a very nice place to sleep! We mainly relaxed, so we didn’t see much of the surroundings. We found the place amazing, but we had a worse experience with the staff. We didn’t feel welcome; the staff were unfriendly and unclear. We barely got an explanation of how things worked. We wanted to order lunch and were directed to the bar. We looked at the menu but after a long time nobody came to take our order. We went to the larger restaurant instead, where they said we had to give it to them. Very unfriendly, and at several moments during our stay we felt a lack of friendliness. The resort had sent a message via booking chat saying we could bring our own bottle of wine. We did that, but when we ate we found out we had to pay 15 dirham per glass of wine. It costs nothing, but we found it a bit strange. All in all, this beautiful place became a less pleasant experience.
