The location is great. The staff is not friendly. There’s no snack machine or vending machine. They did not clean my room even after I had been there for two weeks. They keep changing the price per day that they are charging. My daughter is staying for a week but her check did not hit yet and he is putting her out. With her 9‑year‑old little girl and an 8‑month‑old baby, she went and got the money for another night but he wouldn’t accept it; he has been charging her $87 a day now, then changed and said he needs $140. It’s very unfair and unempathetic.

My room was okay. I was harassed and reported to the office, but he laughed. I had random knocks on the room at 2 am, and then a man knocked on my door asking for oral sex. I looked out the window and saw two more guys with masks laughing around my car. I was scared; I never had a guest in my room, I don’t carry myself inappropriately, I am a traveling nurse. Guys stood outside my door making remarks and watching me. I called the police on the man and the office guy never came down to check on me like he said he would. A guy upstairs spat at me over the balcony. I don’t do drugs and I’m not a prostitute; I never come out of my room, I only work my 12‑to‑16‑hour shifts and I have proof. So for me, not being valued by staff coming to this state and area to work as a travel nurse blows my mind. The police stayed long enough for me to pack up and leave. I didn’t get refunded for the night I didn’t get to stay in my room or for being harassed for two weeks and being left in danger. The guy in the office never returned my calls and three weeks later he finally answered and said we don’t do refunds. I asked for a corporate number and he said they are not for doing anything either. This was a very scary stay. I’m just not sure about these booking apps now.

The room was the right size for a single stay, but the toilet set was missing a screw and the kitchen area could use better lighting.
