I liked the overall experience, though the rooms had an old-fashioned decor that felt a bit dated.

The hotel sits close to a metro station in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The reception staff were very friendly, and the bathroom was clean, but there was a 30 cm high step in room 4 that made it uncomfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The price, however, is very high; like all hotels in Madrid, they should lower rates because what they charge isn’t justified—it's an abusive excess by the hoteliers.
