“Excellent”
The location was great, in the Mondello area and only about 3 minutes from the beach. The staff—Angelina—was amazing throughout our stay.
The room was spacious, the fridge and large bathroom were very clean. The terrace was beautiful and large, with lounge chairs, all within a big property that had a nice garden. There was a private parking spot on the premises, a luxury in this area! Angi was friendly and gave helpful tips (e.g., parking in Palermo). The location was good for the beach—about 200 m, and another 100 m to free access. The bay was wide, not very deep, with clean water and sand. A great starting point for Monreale and Palermo. Excellent.

The owner was super responsive and replied quickly to messages. After arranging, I could leave my luggage early and even receive the room. After check‑out, I could leave luggage for a late flight. The room had everything needed and a large terrace. It was quiet and calm, close to the bus stop, restaurants, and bakery. The photos reflect the actual appearance of the place. The only downside was the greater distance to the grocery store.

The room was super comfy, and the terrace had a table, chairs, and sun loungers. It sat at the far end of the beach strip, so it was pretty quiet, yet only a short walk to the beach. Wi‑fi and air‑conditioning worked well, the host was communicative, and picking up the key at arrival was easy in a quiet, private courtyard. The big bed had a firm mattress. The unit didn’t have a kitchen, but a mini‑fridge, toaster, coffee machine, and basic cutlery/plates were provided so I could prepare simple meals on the terrace. The bathroom felt a bit old and tired, but everything functioned, so it wasn’t a big issue. There wasn’t much natural light—just the entry door, no window—but the darkness helped me sleep and keep things cool.
